Can I order directly from the catalog?

Yes. Choose your materials and add them to your cart; a ProMax account is not required. Checkout submits an order request. Our team reviews availability, pricing and delivery details, then sends written approval if the request is accepted. An automated receipt is not an order confirmation.

How order approval works
Is there a minimum order?

Online checkout has a $399 order minimum. Shipping, taxes and any discounts are calculated at checkout. For help choosing quantities or pricing a project, send your material list to the supply desk.

What if something arrives damaged or short?

Inspect your delivery promptly, keep the packaging and take photos of any issue. Contact Customer Care at 1.877.490.7099. Claim requirements and eligibility are set out in the returns policy; contact the team before returning any material.

How does jobsite delivery work?

Shipping method and delivery details depend on the materials, quantities, availability and destination. These details are reviewed with your order request. If it is approved, the team communicates the delivery information available for that order.

Can I return materials?

Eligibility depends on the product and its condition. Flooring, tile, lighting, custom products and some other items are non-returnable under the current policy. Review it before ordering, and contact Customer Care for the requirements for your specific material.
